We were trying to remember how long we have been involved with the Canadian Supreme and I do remember being very cranky and pregnant one Canadian Supreme weekend. Our daughter Jo was born the following Monday and she is now celebrating her 19th birthday.

Carl started by showing in the Snaffle Bit class and competed on Champs Bar U Dena. He then progressed to cutting. The first year, the Canadian Supreme had the Non Pro 3 year old class, he was Champion and Reserve Champion, riding Sonitas Canelo and Sonitas Paulita, marking 121 and 120. That was the last year that he was the only Non Pro entry.

Some of the other horses Carl has shown were Sonitas McBo, Anne Bolyn, Zaca Rey, Annie Jo Freckles, Doc Alota San, Arensic Remedy, Got Spot (shown by Julia), Pep N Tango (shown by Locke Duce), Festina Lente (shown by Deb Duce) and Colonel Amable (shown in the freestyle reining by Morgan Lybbert).

The Canadian Supreme has always been a great place to show offspring of nominated stallions.
